My Story: I started as a Bar Tender in TGI’s on an apprenticeship scheme. Two years after that I set up my first bar & restaurant Consultancy Company. I soon became restaurant operations director. Since then I have enjoyed buying, managing and selling restaurant chains. I am now Managing Director and Co-owner of Living Ventures Restaurants Ltd. Over my time in the industry I have won several awards and would describe myself as an Australian entrepreneur and former actor.
