My Story: Hotellierie has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and has evolved beyond food and beverage, front office operations, housekeeping and public relations. Hoteliers today, additionally need to lead teams in marketing, finance, IT, sustainability, design and construction, revenue management, human resources and development. Markets are being re-shaped as a result of problems in the Global economy and guests motivations for travel are very different as they search for authenticity, a more intuitive style of service and learning experiences.
