When I was younger people tried to dissuade me coming in to the hotel industry.  They suggested I get a proper job.  My parents wanted me to be a Barrister, my careers advisor insisted I went in to one of the professions and I wanted to be a Hotelier.  Fortunately I got my own way.  Having studied law and history at university I came down to London to work in a restaurant.
Great hotels provide unforgettable experiences. If you come and work in our industry you will have the opportunity to create other peoples unforgettable memories.
