In partnership with Living Ventures, the North West-based restaurant group, the National Skills Academy has developed the new Advanced Apprenticeship Management Development programme.
The programme to be offered by Living Ventures provides the opportunity for newcomers in the industry to develop the right skills, product knowledge and financial acumen to run a successful pub restaurant or bar.
The Advanced Apprenticeship defines a new benchmark for apprenticeships and has been developed using the latest frameworks developed by People 1st.
It will allow talent to develop the skills and knowledge at a variety of levels before finally graduating with a level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
Small to medium sized businesses find it difficult to gain accreditation for internal programmes - by working with Living Ventures we have developed a model that will be available for other companies to adopt. Companies who share the same pride and aspirations as Living Ventures will be able to award their teams nationally recognised qualifications and receive government funding support.
The National Skills Academy for Hospitality will shine a light on these excellent advanced apprenticeships encouraging talent to try and secure a place and develop the foundations of a long and successful career.
